Christie’s Education is accredited by the University of Glasgow to provide courses to study The History of Art and Art-world Practice at PhD, Master’s, Postgraduate Diploma, MA (Hons) and Certificate levels.
To work in a team providing courses in Art, Style and Design from the Renaissance to Modernism. Duties include: lecturing, seminar supervision, Thesis supervision, tutorial support, exam marking and course planning. Candidates should have a broad knowledge of the History of Art, but a research interest (or desire to develop one) in furniture, interiors or design history would be an advantage.
Qualifications: PhD in History of Art (or a postgraduate degree with teaching experience in higher education and publications); good communications and IT skills (including Powerpoint) are expected.
